About Bucha
OUR HISTORYBucha was born from this urge: to mix what is visual with what is visceral. To communicate through ingredients, textures and symbols — whether on a plate, a storefront or a sheet of paper.
I’m Joana, born into a culture of comfort food, loud kitchens and generous tables. I’m a designer by training, a scenographer by instinct, and deeply drawn to paper, collage, hands-on craft and everything that’s built from scratch.
After over 10 years working in art direction and design — always between the physical and the digital — I found in food a way to bring all my passions together: materials, image, popular culture and the act of sharing.
